Custom Orders
The catalog is the starting line, not the fence. If you can describe it — a shape we don't stock yet, a sapphire centre, an heirloom stone re-set, a design from a photograph — we can quote it.
How it works
- Tell us the idea. Use the contact page: rough budget, timeline, and anything visual — sketches, screenshots, a competitor link, a photo of grandmother's ring. Nothing is too rough.
- Design & quote (3–5 days). We come back with a direction, a firm quote, and honest notes on what your budget trades off. No charge, no obligation.
- See it before it exists. Approved concepts become CAD renders — the same geometry the casting house will use. We revise until you'd stake the proposal on it.
- Made for you (3–5 weeks). Cast, set, finished and independently checked. Custom timelines run slightly longer than our standard 2–3 weeks; we'll commit to a date up front.
Good candidates for custom
- Shapes ahead of our catalog — pear, marquise, emerald, princess, asscher
- Natural diamond centres, sourced to your specification with full documentation
- Coloured centre stones — sapphire especially; see gemstones 101
- Resetting inherited stones (we'll assess the stone's condition first, honestly)
- Matched wedding bands for rings we didn't make
What custom costs
Design and CAD work are free with a commissioned piece. The piece itself prices like our catalog: the stone on its merits, the metal at weight, the making at an honest rate — quoted as one number before you commit a dollar.
